In 1990, Stefano Gracis returned to Italy after more than ten years of training in the United States, where he earned a degree in Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Prosthetics in Seattle. That same year, Matteo Capelli, a graduate in Milan, furthered his specialization in Los Angeles, Boston, and Santa Barbara, perfecting his skills in surgery and endodontics.

Both shared a common goal: to combine rigorous American scientific training with Italian artisanal excellence.

Their paths crossed in Milan, at the clinic on Via Melzi d’Eril. From the collaboration between prosthetics, surgery, and endodontics arose a professional dialogue built on trust and expertise. In 1999, the two doctors founded the Gracis-Capelli Associated Clinic on Via Brera, with the aim of offering patients a complete, personalized, and high-quality care pathway.

In 2013, the clinic was renewed and became DentalBreraClinic, a modern and technologically advanced environment designed to welcome patients with comfort and safety. A state-of-the-art surgical suite, cutting-edge equipment, and meticulous space management make the clinic a benchmark for the quality and precision of care.

In 2021, Dr. Isabella Rocchietta joined the team, returning to Italy after ten years of clinical practice in London. Also trained at the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Dr. Rocchietta brings with her a wealth of international experience and a complementary vision.

Her presence completes a perfect union of three professionals who share the same ethical, human, and moral values: respect for the patient, the pursuit of excellence, and daily dedication to care.
